Hey, hey!!! Hope you all had the BEST weekend eva!
My week was so, so, so good. Wow! I am just feeling so blessed and grateful for life lately. So, last weekend was my sorority’s formal which was such a fun night with all my best friends & lots of mems were made <3 Then Sunday I had interviews for my business fraternity & super bowl and my roomie (hi em if you’re reading this I love you!) and I went to Trader Joe’s and cooked a super yummy dinner and had a dance party in the kitchen (y’all know I was busting down to some Jason Derulo). The week was busy with lots of reading & some dinner dates with friends and then I left to go home for a quick trip to visit my fam which was the best! As I write this I am sitting in my big, fluffy robe under a cozy blanket on my couch while looking out at my snowy backyard… dreamy!!! Pics from this week will be attached below : )
I have been learning a lot about intentionality this past week… what it means to be intentional in my faith, goals, friendships, relationships, etc. I’m learning that if I do not take the time to think consciously about how I am going to be intentional in spending my time & in showing up for my life that it is easy to just go through the day to day and not think much of it. But life is meant to be lived fully and fully living, to me, is being intentional in all that I do: my workouts, relationships, scheduling, etc.! Maybe this week we can all take a little time to think of how we can be more intentional in our routine, relationships, all of it? <3
Podcast I listened to and absolutely 100% recommend: “How to Have Your Life Not Suck” with Bianca Olthoff on the Whoa That’s Good podcast. You guys, WOW. This woman was fire!!! She gave so many practical tips on how to be strong in your faith and make your life better & just LIVE FULLY. Are we noticing a trend here on what I am trying to do in 2020?! … live fully : )
